We stand behind the quality and taste of our products. If there's a problem with your order or you just simply don't like what you ordered, we will do whatever it takes to make it right for you. Except for nutritional products, the sale is final
To initiate a return, please contact us within 10 business days to inform us about your dissatisfaction with our product. We ask that you keep the original box that your order came in as well as your invoice or Email, this way we can insure that the return is a swift and smooth process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Free shipping over $100.
Order value of $100 or less, the shipping price ranges from free shipping to $12, depending on the number of product you purchased if it is applicable. However, some products require additional shipping charge or Ship separately (Please note that if you have several quantities of this product in the cart, then all of them will be packed and shipped in a single box.)
There is a 1-2 days handling time. After the Product has been shipped it could take anywhere between 1-5 days until you receive your package.
